 An introductory course in Raja Yoga meditation.  Spread over four evenings: 21, 24, 28, 30 October.

Taught in a light, informal way, showing you how to guide your mind into a natural state of calm. 

No hard mats, special clothes, difficult positions or chants to learn! This is open-eyed meditation whilst relaxed sitting in a chair.

Upon completion of this course, there will be an opportunity to continue with advanced meditation course sessions.
